Profile

I am a Costs Draftsman with over 5 years’ experience in the legal profession. I first entered the profession in August 2013. I joined the Chatham Office of Cost Law Services Limited in December 2018 where I deal predominantly with legally aided matters of all types and nature.

I have experience handling Claim1s, Claim1As and Bill of Costs for legally aided matters, as well as dealing with general management costs, the relatively new Events Based Case Plans and dealing with Regulation 5A claims.

I have undertaken training in relation to Inter-Partes matters and drafting replies to Points of Dispute whilst also providing assistance in training colleagues in relation to drafting Legal Aid Bills and Claims.

I have handled a number of high profile and high value anonymised cases in relation to inquests and care proceedings that have been featured in the national news.
